DudesCraftToo items are all made to order! Shipping times vary based on the product. Please see the list below for shipping times.

Stickers/Vinyls: 3-5 Business Days

Crochet: 5-7 Business Days

Embroidered: 5-7 Business Days

Apparel: 1-2 Weeks

Digital Products will be available to download upon payment.

Returns/Replacements

We always want to make sure you are fully happy with your product. If you have any issues, please contact us (dudescrafttoo@gmail.com), and we will either replace your product or refund your order.

Issues will be handled in one of two ways: Replacements or Refunds

In the case of a replacement, DudesCraftToo will send another product free of charge. Replacements will be shipped within the expected shipping times for product type (see above).

If there are any issues with the product (i.e., it arrived damaged, not what you ordered, etc.), DudesCraftToo will provide prepaid postage to return the product. If a return is requested for another reason that is not DudesCraftToo’s fault, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 Business Days of receipt of returned products.

Due to their nature, we are not able to offer refunds on digital downloads. However, if you have any issues, please reach out and we will do whatever we can to correct them.
